Your Experience

At aSPArations Salon & Day Spa, providing an outstanding experience for our guests is our passion. From the moment you enter our salon, you will be treated as our guest. It is our mission to serve you, and we put the needs of our guest at the forefront of our business. Please don't hesitate to let us know if there is something we can do to make your experience better!


Reservations

aSPArations requires a credit card or gift card to be secured in order to complete the reservation. Alternatively, a guest may hold the reservation with a prepaid credit on the account or a gift card in an amount that would cover the estimated cost of services.

Many of the services offered at aSPArations are specialized treatments; therefore not all service professionals offer all services under their scope of licensure. Please advise of any specialty services requested prior to booking.

Please advise of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications at the time of reservation, as well as any accommodations we may need to make to make your experience with us a positive one.


Spa Parties

With seven treatment rooms, 10 styling stations, and 2 manicure/pedicure stations, aSPArations is well equipped to handle spa parties of most sizes. Please note: a 20% minimum gratuity will be added to all groups of 3 or more and a $50 fee will be applied towards all parties of 5 or more, to ensure we have adequate staff to attend to your team outside of their scheduled treatments.


Signature Consultation

It is our sincere desire that your visit goes beyond your expectations. Each service will begin with a thorough consultation to determine your goals and desires and discuss a treatment plan to assist you in reaching those. 


Our Level System

Every Service Professional at aSPArations works on a Level System. The level system accomplishes two main goals. The first is to provide a career path for growth and achievement for our team. The second is to provide several options for your various service needs at price points that meet most beauty & wellness budgets.

Our service professionals achieve level promotions based on the demand for their time and maintaining guest experience excellence. Guests are welcome to request someone by name, by schedule, or request the level that best fits their needs and their beauty & wellness budget. The training our team receives is aggressive, consistent, innovative, and in-depth. It starts from the moment they are hired and continues through their entire career with us.

We work as a cohesive team at aSPArations and many of our guests see multiple service professionals. If you feel you would have a better experience with another service professional, or a service professional has outgrown your beauty & wellness budget, please don’t hesitate to let us know.


Product Returns

aSPArations stands by our product guarantee. If you are unhappy with your product purchase, we will gladly exchange it within 2 weeks of purchase. Full money back (in the original tender) on unopened/unused purchases. Product exchange or credit for used product.

No returns or product exchanges on no longer featured items. Product returns may be considered and exchanged if there is a manufacturing defect within 15 days of product purchase.

Prices are subject to change.


Love It or Let Us Know

Exceeding your expectations is our goal. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your experience at aSPArations, please let us know within 7 days of the original appointment as we want to know and resolve the situation. We are happy to provide you with the opportunity to return to the salon within 14 days of the original service received to make any adjustments necessary. Additional charges will apply on services outside of the original service, and may apply on adjustments performed outside of 14 days of the original appointment. Most corrective color treatments require multiple visits; for this reason, adjustments are not applicable to corrective color treatments. 

Please note we do not offer monetary refunds on any services. Any modifications to the services will be performed by the original service provider whenever possible.
